Our caregivers are sweet, caring, skilled, pre-screened, pre-qualified and come with complete background checks. They are here to help your elderly family member enjoy living at home.

How Does Private Duty Home Care Work?

We follow the CT state standard for non-medical agencies. All our caregivers are PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certified and have completed the IPCed (Institute for Professional Care Education) training. We have a lot of great caregivers and if during the assessment or at any time the need should require more, we will get you what you need.

They’re there to make sure the patient is safe and will provide the following at home services and more. Let us know what type of private care your loved one will need and we’ll create a catered plan that works for you and your family. Our caregivers offer:

  • Light meal preparation
  • Light house work
  • Errands
  • Transportation to appointments
  • Hourly care
  • Respite care for family members

Regardless of your loved one’s private duty home care needs and concerns, we will be there with you every step of the way.

Our team of private duty caregivers care deeply about our clients and their loved ones. The best private duty home care services are ones in which the caregiver connects with their client and provides the best quality care possible.

Are you ready for our personalized, compassionate, and affordable one-on-one senior home care services?

Private Duty Home Care is also called non-medical home care.

This type of in-home care is typically for seniors and disabled adults who need the following non-medical services:

  • Companionship
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Light laundry
  • Errands and shopping
  • Transportation to MD Appointments
  • Help with pet care
  • Help with watering flowers, getting the mail, and other household duties.
  • Medication reminders
  • Help with personal care like bathing and dressing
  • Safety in the home- to avoid wandering, leaving the stove turned on

Typically, a caregiver or PCA will be in the home for a pre-scheduled length of time each day, or every other day, to assist the senior with these activities.
